DeChambeau’s Unconventional Golf Techniques
During a recent appearance on the ‘Five Clubs’ podcast, Deschamps opened up about the issues she faces with her body and her weight. The American golfer was looking to increase his strength and maintain the range of motion he achieved before his 2020 US Open victory.
The 8-time PGA Tour winner showcased his unique approach to the game in 2020 when he became the longest driver on tour. But the road there wasn’t easy, and it certainly wasn’t healthy for Bryson.

The 29-year-old’s diet was very vigorous and rigorous. It also started to ache in his body. “I ate things that weren’t great for my system and that I was very sensitive to” he said. A year and a half after Bryson, he began to realize “weird” And there was his gut “Confusion.“
Bryson DeChambeau is happy with his recent body changes
The LIV golf junkie decided to make a change after realizing the diet he had been following for over a year was doing him more harm than good. He completely flipped to the other side. “I got completely healthy, went on the Whole30 diet, got a nutritionist, had blood work done, measured things in my gut biome” he said.

He said that both his new diet and the chef helped him quit “20 pounds in a month.” He explained that he feels much better now, “All the inflammation has left my system and I feel so relaxed.
Bryson was able to see visible changes in his body as well. He said he was happy to be able to slim down and look younger. “I’m 20 again, not 35, so I’m happy” He said how he always took things to an extreme.
