Buff Dudes is a YouTube channel with over 2.5 million subscribers. Despite the channel’s name, brothers Hudson and Brandon White aren’t your typical gym goer. They give clear information with a good backstory, while making fun of how confusing they are.
They tested the best-selling fitness equipment of 2022 and, of course, had fun with their respective girlfriends. Check it out.

Buff Dudes says these are the best-selling fitness devices in 2022, though they don’t say where this information comes from. It can be from a quick Google search, Amazon’s best-selling fitness equipment in 2022, and it can only focus on one country.
Here are the best-selling fitness equipment of 2022, ranked number 5 to 1.
5. U shape twister
The U Shape Twister is an arm exercise where you can train your biceps or triceps. It can also be used on your slaves between your legs.
They gave it a 2-star review, saying it’s something you might get excited about, but probably won’t use once you get it.
4. Power ring
It’s a small ring with a steel ball inside it, and you use centrifugal force to move the ring. It feels like an isometric exercise, and in their view, this equipment cannot replace a dumbbell or kettlebell for any exercise.
Also a 2 out of 5 star review.
3. Aqua training bag
It’s a bag that you fill with water and use as an exercise tool instead of a sandbag. While the idea is to take this equipment on trips, Buff Dudes says filling the bag in the sink can be difficult.
3 out of 5 stars.
2. ABS belt
The ABS belt comes with a terrifying warning that “death and serious injury are highly probable” if you misuse the product.
The belt had an intensity of 18, but Buff Dudes could only go to level 4, which he said was incredibly painful.
It gets 1 out of 5 stars.
1. Hula Hoop Redux
This hula hoop promises to never fall off and can slim your waistline in just 30 minutes a day. However, bud dudes and girls didn’t like it and it fell and broke when they used it.
Needless to say, 1 out of 5 stars.
